Medication Assistance Program
CHIP (Children’s Health Insurance Program)-The CHIP program offers free or minimal cost coverage to eligible children for doctors’ and hospital visits, vision and dental care. The Clay-Battelle Community Health Center is a participating provider and can help you complete eligibility applications. –LINK TO FORM
Vaccine for Children Program - Your child may be eligible for free vaccines for required immunizations. The Vaccine for Children Program is available to eligible children in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Please call the Clay-Battelle Community Health Center’s staff 304-432-8211 to determine if your child is eligible.
Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program - The West Virginia Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program offers free or low cost mammograms and pap tests for women with limited income in both West Virginia and Pennsylvania. You may be eligible even if you have insurance.
Mileage Reimbursement Program - The Clay-Battelle Health Services Association will reimburse our patients that are participating in our sliding fee program or have no medical insurance for their round trip mileage for medical visits to our health center.

WISEWOMAN Program - Wisewoman is a project aimed at decreasing women's risk of heart disease and other chronic diseases through FREE blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose screenings. WISEWOMAN also provides lifestyle education to help you make better life choices such as quitting smoking, increasing physical activity and eating better. Who can get these FREE services? Women who…. Are between the ages of 40 and 64 and are enrolled in the West Virginia Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program

Did you know you can receive FREE, CONFIDENTIAL birth control?
Clay-Battelle Health Services Association now offers family planning services including:
- Pregnancy Testing
- Breast, cervical and testicular cancer screenings & PAP Tests
- Testing and treatment for some STDs
Free contraceptives including:
- Oral Contraceptive pills
- Contraceptive Shots
- Condoms
